Privacy Policy
1. What this covers
This policy covers this website only: the pages you can read, and the contact form. I do not run any other product or service that collects data about you under this policy.
2. Information collected
If you use the contact form, I collect what you type into it: your name, email address, company, message, and — if you choose to answer them — a budget range and how you found the site. All fields except name, email and message are optional.
The form also carries two anti-spam checks that a person filling it in normally never notices: a hidden field that should stay blank, and a timestamp measuring how long the form was open before it was submitted. Neither is used for anything beyond filtering automated submissions.
I do not use cookies, and I do not run any account system, so there is no login, profile or payment data of any kind to collect.
3. How it is used
Submitting the contact form sends its contents to me by email, using Resend, a transactional email provider. That email is the only place the submission goes — it is used solely to read and reply to your enquiry, and it is not added to a mailing list, shared with a third party, or used for anything else.
The site itself has no database. Nothing you submit is written to storage on this site; it exists only as the email it becomes, in my inbox, and I delete enquiries I no longer need to keep for a live conversation or a legal reason.
4. Analytics
Page visits are measured with Umami Cloud, a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track you individually across sites. It reports aggregate figures — which pages are read, roughly where visitors are from, which links get clicked — not who you are. Because it is cookieless, this site does not need, and does not show, a cookie consent banner.
I do not run any advertising, and there are no third-party advertising or tracking pixels on this site.
5. Third parties
Two outside services process data on my behalf: Resend, to deliver contact form emails, and Umami Cloud, to measure site traffic. Both act only as processors for the purposes described above. Neither is used to sell or share your data, because I do not sell or share it in the first place.
6. Your rights
Since the only personal data I hold is whatever you have sent me by email, you can ask me at any time what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Use the contact form or any of the direct channels linked in the footer, and I will act on the request without unnecessary delay.
7. Changes to this policy
If what this site collects or how it is used changes, I will update this page and the date at the top. There is no separate notification mechanism — this page is the current and only version of the policy.
